We engaged TrueFlow to replace all gutters on our house. We moved into an older home on land and have immense difficulties with tradesmen correctly assessing and completing works at the house. Jamie is the first and only one so far to accuractely assess our needs, communicate options and scheduling, and was overall just a pleasure to deal with. Tonight is the first storm since the install and the half-round gutters leading into 'leaf eaters' he installed are working a treat! I quickly ducked out to empty them as the water had washed all the leaves from the gutters into the catchers. Super easy to clean and in seconds the water is no longer streaming onto the ground. Our catchment has improved immensely.

A few years back we had issues with water leaking into our house and Jamie came out and repaired our verandah roof and also replaced the valleys..we just had him here again with Noah to replace the remaining tiled roof and gutters with Colorbond metal roofing. We used Jamie at TrueFlow Roof Restorations to get some initial small roof repairs done last year, followed up by a full roof replacement this year. Having bought an older house with "issues", having Jamie for the roof has been fantastic. He is honest, professional, and kept us informed of timeframes and progress really well. He is straightforward with advice, and was a pleasure to deal with. We now have an excellent new roof so hopefully won't have to book him in again soon, but if needed he would be our first choice.

I cannot recommend this business enough! We purchased a house that turned out to have a massive roof design flaw, and finding a roof plumber who was able and willing to repair it for us, even when price was not an issue, was a NIGHTMARE, with so many flaky, unreliable, unhelpful, or just unresponsive other roof plumbing businesses we approached. Trueflow have restored our faith in tradespeople. Not only did they give us an accurate and reasonable quote and actually complete the job, they were also responsive, took the time to answer my questions, were reliable and thoughtful in the way they did the job, did everything they said they would- including sticking to timeframes, and were extremely professional in all their interactions. Their knowledge about roofing standards and requirements was very in depth and they knew exactly what they were doing. We had 2 exhaust fans installed at the same time and they worked along with the sparkie to ensure a safe and reliable install. Our Upwey job involved redoing a flat roof with clerestory windows that had repeatedly leaked and been patched-up for 40 years, without success, due to poor original design and implementation. We didn't just want a new roof; we wanted a high-performing one. Many plumbers looked at the complexity and were put off quoting, so we realised it was a difficult case. Jamie surprised us with his confidence that he could redo it, no problem. He re-pitched the roof and worked out better flashings for problem areas. He was patient while I put in new cabling and insulation, and we sealed up gaps for air-tightness. I have waited a year to see how the roof has performed, and I am pleased to report that it hasn't leaked once and has improved the comfort level in the house greatly. Jamie was also well-organised, neat and efficient in his work. 5 well-earned stars!
